Hi!

By reading your question, are you more concerned with workplace
innovation rather than product development innovation?

Thanks.

Hello Ben,

There is quite a lot of information available about the challenge of
developing metrics for measuring innovation. What industries or
functional areas are you interested in? Have you already done some
research and reached some conclusions on your own? The more you can
tell me about the context of your question, the more likely I will be
able to get you the information you need.

I look forward to your clarification.

Your question is to broad, not enough details.
For example, in manufacturing innovation might mean new product
introduction, i.e. development and launch of a new product.

In an accounting firm, it might mean how development of a new process
reduced cycle time.

Please give details of the organization- departments - etc.
