I'm almost done slogging through Koontz's latest dark tale, "Forever Odd," but can't for the life of me figure out who killed Datura. A cat? A cat-become-lion? Where did it come from? (This is a book not worth reading.) :( |

Thanks for the non-recommendation. My sister had been trying to get me to read this, and now I have an excuse not to do so! |

I read the book and really dont know. It seems like he was running out of pages and needed to kill her off quickly, so he made up a roaming tiger that came out of nowhere and killed her. Other then that, the book was good. |

"...so he made up a roaming tiger that came out of nowhere and killed her." That's the way I read it, too. Deus ex machina. Made no sense. |
