Are you asking which stocks had the best performance during periods of
time around the Persian Gulf War? Which periods do you consider
"before" "during" and "after?" Years before and after, or weeks? At
what point would you consider it to have been ended?

Question Clarification: Just months before, during and a month or so
after the Iraqi war there were US Stocks that went up in value more
than others such as defense stocks, oil stocks and the such. But what
primarily were some of the domestic stocks that took a leap higher in
price that would have not if there had not been an Iraqi war. What are
perhaps 10 stocks that went up in price because of the war and went
down in price as the war started coming to an end and winding down.
For example: Did entertainment stocks go up in price because of the
911 problem, because people were frieghtened to leave their
neighborhoods and not travel. And then settle back down to their
general market prices after people felt a little more secure about
leaving their homes on travel. Thank You. Hope this gives you some
clue as to what i'm trying to get across. If not e-mail me and we'll
try all over again. Thanks for your patience.
