I am attempting to setup a VPN Connection between a DLink DI-804HV,
and a Linksys BEFVP41 (v2), how do I do this?

That will tell you how to set up your linksys router to accept
tunnels. It should then be a simple process on the web gui of the
dlink to connect a tunnel to the linksys. If you are still having
