Design a feedback shift register encoder for a CRC with a generator
polynomial G(x)=1+x+x^3+x^4. This makes the generator 11011. Use the
encoder to find the code word for the message 110. The leftmost 1 is
the m2 bit and all messages are exactly three bits long. Assume that
during the transmission of a code word one bit is corrupted. Show by
using a feedback shift register decoder how this will be detected.
