Looking for a free database of  all homes in Houston, that  can be
sorted and printed by zipcode . The database should include..name
address city state zip, and if the database could include the value of
homes in area that would be an added bonus.

   Fortunately for you, I know of such a database.  Houston is part of
Harris County, which has just about every public record you could
think of online - free.  The databases give name, address, zip code,
and property value.
   Unfortunately, you cannot search by zip code & receive all records
(because, obviously only a business would want something like that -
and they can charge you for it).  However, if you do some work
yourself, finding addresses using the white pages, and United States
Postal Service site, www.usps.gov -- you should have no problems
getting the information you need.

I did a little work for you, here are all known zip codes for Houston:
77001, 77002, 77003, etc. through 77099.  Then, 77201-77299.
