For direct response advertising, if you give the consumer an option to
response via a phone call or a website is their a ratio between the
number
of phone calls versus the number of web hits?

This would be highly dependent on the industry.
I run a company that sells Ag Equipment. In our
case it is about 15% email vs. 85% 1-800 number
