What is the best download so I can convert Word Documents to HTML 3.2 so I can publish documents on the SEC website? |

html 3.2? you have to be joking. 4.01 is out of date now let alone 3.2. you'll not find any program made in the last 5 years that uses 3.2. Why do you particularly need 3.2? |

(From the SEC Web site: "To maximize the likelihood of consistent document appearance across different browsers, the Commission specified HTML 3.2 as the required standard for HTML documents.") In Word, try this: File > Save as Web Page... > Tools > Web Options... > Browsers > Target Browsers > Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0. |
