I am trying to find a manufacture of black carriage bolts size #10-24
with a length of 3/4". I will take a longer length if necessary. The
head must be completely smooth and void of any markings. Can you help
find these for me? I need to purchase 25 of these.

Go to this website
http://www.mcmaster.com/
Upper left hand side, in "Find"- type in Carriage Bolts

You will need to click on the options, what type of head you want, what color etc.
I did find zinc plated ones but no black zink plated. If this website
does not have them I doubt you will find them anywhwere becasue this
website is the mother of all hardware websites.

You might have to settle for getting the size you want and painting
the heads yourself, not really that big of a deal I wouldn't think.

Great site, Roxrox.
McMasters does have black zinc plated carriage bolts: 1", 1 1/2", 2".

myoarin-ga,
Yeah I saw that they had the black, however gregorywillis-ga
requested a 3/4" length, and I didn't see 3/3" in the black.
