If I'm not mistaken the Missouri records indicate that Circuit City's
headquarters office is at 2040 Thalboro St., Richmond, VA, but the
registered agent's name is shown as THE PRENTICE HALL CORP SYSTEM,
INC., 221 BOLIVAR ST., JEFFERSON CITY, MO 65101-1574.
