I have a large profile of designer handbags suppliers but always on
the look for more with lower prices. what if the answer to my question
matches what I have in file already? Will I still be charged? Do I get
a chance for another question? Thank you.

This question is outside my areas of expertise, but I have a few
thoughts that may be helpful to you. The only way a Google Answers
Researcher can know whether or not you are already familiar with a
supplier is for you to post the list of suppliers that you're aware
of. Otherwise we can't know whether or not we are giving you new
information. Also, you say you are looking for "lower prices," but you
aren't giving specific brands, models, and acceptable prices. It's
difficult for a Researcher to answer a question without more precise
details, so that we'll know exactly what to look for.
