I got green card in 12/10/2003 based on I-140. I filed I-824 in
02/28/2005 and on march 2005 the General consulate was notified by
cable. But When I contacted the General Consulate in China I was told
that there was not my wife and daughter's file. I went to the local
immigration office to check and was told that on the computer sysytem
there are not my wife and daughter's information. What could be wrong?
