I've lost my phone, no insurance.  I'd like to get a relatively new
phone but Verizon says they'll charge me full retail price.  I've gone
to an official verizon store and they gave me the following prices....

Nokia 2128 - $129 (no camera)
Samsung 850 - $199

I'd like to buy one online as I'm sure I can get a much better deal
that Verizon will give me.  Point me to the online spot/special
code/offline store in NYC.

I've gotten several phones on eBay and activated them at the
VerizonWirelss.com website.

You MUST get an E911 phone.
