Is there a Website that has all US presidential addresses to the
nation(audio/video/text)? I'd like to read and/or listen to some
historical presidential speeches.

ALL or Major? You have stated 2 different parameters.

Thanks for your reply. I would prefer "All" (which would include all
historical speeches by any US prsident), however I am most interested
in major addresses to the nation (i.e. relating to significant
historical events or war). Whatever you can find would be great!
Thanks!

I am not interested in "State of the Union" speeches
(http://www.c-span.org/executive/stateoftheunion.asp). I am
interested in timely/event driven addresses to the nation (i.e. from
the Oval Office) which often occur as a result of a major event.

Might want to have a look at this site, as it seems to be as close as
you'll get to "All":

Thanks, pafalafa! That's a cool link, but they don't seem to provide
access to the speeches...it's simply an index of holdings at their
library...unless I am using their site incorrectly. I was hoping to
find a site that offered either the audio/video/text of major
historical speeches by US presidents.

I haven't had a chance to do an in depth search, but you might want to
try the Library of Congress American Memory Project website:
http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/index.html

Good luck!
