Having done business in Japan previously, I love the unbelievable
levels of customer service that Japanese companies provide to their
customers. Is there any week-long course designed to teach
non-Japanese speaking foreigners how to do customer service the
Japanese way? I'd like to take my American customer care people and
send them to Tokyo or thereabouts for a week to learn how the Japanese
do it.
