I need an EXACT answer certified by the United Nation or some
other world govermental body on what are the countries that make up
"North America". I get many different answers searching the internet.

For a start, St Pierre & Miquelon are not countries, they are part of
France. They should be removed from the list, whether you want to then
add France as part of N. America is an interesting decision

The CIA keeps an up-to-date online database of world information.
If you have a list of political entities within North America that you
wish to verify their status as a country, you can go to:
