Please provide appropriate schedule/draw for pool play; followed by
bracket play for 11 seeded teams. Recent experience divided the teams
into one 3 team pool (seeds 1,6,7) and two groups of four teams (seeds
3,4,9,10 and seeds 2,5,8,11) that started with a form of bracket play.
What format should have been used to achieve a final ranking of the
teams from 1-11?
