while not an expert on American law (assume your talking about
america) I would imagine that even if she gets a green card I would
imagine you would also require 1 but it should be a much simplier
process as she would give you a huge boost in their selection process.
Since she is not a citizen I dont think you will get an automatic
green card. This is best confirmed at an embassy by an expert in the
system.

My parents immigrated to the US so let me explain how it worked for
them, then. You should still call a US embassy for more updated
information.

My dad won the lottery, so he was a granted a US visa instantly. Of
course my mom and siblings were included on his visa. However my
parents elected for only dad to come to the US (to work and find
residence...) and for mom and us to remain behind. My dad had a rough
start here in the US and so it would've been silly for all of us to
come, and just live off wellfare (he didn't know about wellfare, go
figure!). Anyways, my parents let our visas expire and so at this
point, dad was in the US, with a green card and the rest of us not.

It took a year or so for dad to get settled and be ready for us to
come. So he applied for visas for us. Since he applied, it took
about ~5 years for us to actually get renewal visas. Keep in mind
that
1. The visas were eventually approved because he was applying for HIS wife to come
2. It took ~5 years, even though we already had visa in the past, that had expired
3. We would've never gotten visas had he not had a valid green card
(or been simply mom's boyfriend)

Your second option would be to wait for your husband to get US
citizenship (after 5 years of having a green card). At this point, he
can get an instant visa for you and you'd have a valid green card.

Also, keep in mind that apart from your husband having a green card
(wait for him to get it), you have NO CHANCE of being given a US visa
(for permanent residence). So you have to use your husband's LEGAL
status in the US, and your marriage to him, to get your visa. In
other words, don't just apply on your own. He needs to apply for you.

I'm just F-1 student, and she didn't get green card yet, it is in
process, and it will be review in 10 years. My question what I will
get if I will get married her, I mean can I stay legal in USA? after
graduation?

No, She must be US citizens to apply greencard for you.
