The Book of Enoch is the major source of Judeo-Christian angelology
and the name is therefore commonly associated with angels; the word
noir means dark or black. Dark angel. The name you provided is at
best a pseudonym, and at worst the person is entirely fictional.
Where are you getting this name from?

Thank you for your response. I got this in a letter from some psychic and
figured it was something fictional. I'm not going to chase it anymore. Where
would I find information on the Book of Enoch?
