This video is no longer in production, and I have not been able to
find a used copy on the Web. I can offer you a link that will provide
more details (the full name of the video, its producer, and its ASIN
number.) I can also post a link that will enable you to go on a list
so that you may purchase the next used copy that becomes available.
Would these items of information suffice as an answer?

Just to be clear, I am looking for a place to actually buy this video
now (i.e has it in stock). I am aware that Amazon lists it on its site
but they do not currently stock it.

    I must admit that I hadn't heard of this video before you
mentioned it, but I have been a fan of Jonathan Larson's since I saw
Rent in NYC 2-3 years ago, so I MUST check it out!  Thanks for asking
the question.

    I don't know if you're aware, but Amazon.com had a mixup - they
were selling the Away we Go video that you're looking for, but the
date on the video said 1967, so others assumed it was the Buddy Epson
video & bought it.  It has now been fixed to read "Away we go - New
York City" to avoid confusion.  According to Amazon.com - you can
order this video today!   Here's the link:

     Not sure if you've seen this already - just wanted to make sure
you had seen all the options.
