Java (v. 1.5) Programming. 
We are looking for 4 or 5 different experienced java programmers ( either
individulas or small firms) that do develop ad-hoc java programs.

You should try posting on Dice.com, monster.com, craigslist.com etc.

I have been programming with Java for almost 5 years now. I have good
experience with most of the web API's and frameworks. I am also good
on the presentation side technologies like XSL, XML,DHTML, CSS, AJAX
and Google Maps scripting.
