What steps should I take in order to start a small business (a

Really, the business is not for myself, but for my wife, who is
entitled to the same kind of permit than me...B EU/EFTA, altough she
does not hold any european citizenship...

Summarizing the query... I need to know what steps to take in order to
have a laundry shop working in Switzerland... (including the name of
the government offices or departments I should contact for this...)
