Who is the designer or manufacturer of the Miss Me Clothing Brand?

On the California Department of Industrial Relations website, I found
a file that lists garment manufacturers and contracters in Los
Angeles, California.
 
MISS ME, MISS ME JEANS, and SOLVANG are the dba ("doing business as")
names for "Sweet People Apparel. Inc.", which is listed as a
manufacturer.
