I've noticed in the CBS coverage of the 2006 NCAA Tournament that all of the team coaches are wearing the same lapel pin. It's a rather large, hexagonal shaped pin . Why are they all wearing this pin? What is it symbolic for? | |

It symolizes that they have accepted that they are slaves to the NCAA system. |
