I have recently been deported from the United States for being found
in the US after entry refusal. My long time same sex partner is a US
citizen and lives in our jointly owned home in GA. I have never
committed any crime or worked illegally in the US but lived with her
as a housewife.

I was refused entry for suspicion of living in the US illegally
(entering too often on a visa waiver - I am a British citizen). I
applied for a visa and was refused and told to wait two years. My
partner got sick and I went to Canada and crossed the border where I
was caught.

I was charged with the felony, being found in the US after entry
refusal and deported with a ten year ban. My question is, would I have
any sort of chance of applying under form I-212 to gain admittance to
the US to be with her?

Thanks

What part of "ten year ban" do you not understand? Can not hurt to apply though.

I am afraid the answer to this question will not make you happy, but
it seems pertinent:

His ban was more than ten years ago. Almost every deportation results
in a ban so I imagine this form wouldnt exist if there wasnt some
leeway.

Thanks for the positive feedback daniel2d-ga, I hope you never face
the same situation.
