I would like a list of the names and locations of all tuberculosis
sanatoriums in Washington State between 1905 and 1975. I have found
information about Firland in Seattle/Shoreline, but I can't find out
about any others.

I found 2 new mentions for you in a short article:

History of Public Health's Tuberculosis program
http://www.metrokc.gov/health/about/history/tb.htm

..."In 1928, the County opened the King County Tuberculosis Hospital
(Morningside) in Georgetown.

The County acquired use of the Naval Hospital in 1947 and relocated
its sanitorium to that site..."

I live about 1 mile from the (now completely closed) Firlands, I can't
believe the tuberculosis sanatoriums are that hard to locate!

I have found mentions of five others 1) King County Tuberculosis
Hospital (thanks cynthia-ga!) 2) Riverton 3) Laurel Beach 4) Edgecliff
5) Qui Si Sana. However, I haven't found addresses, dates of
operation, history, or any way to find more information about them.

I know you already have information on Firlands, but did you know that
Betty MacDonald (author of "The Egg and I" and "Mrs Piggle Wiggle"
etc) was a patient there and wrote a hilarious account of it in her
second book, "The Plague and I"? If you're looking for insights into
the history of the place, and what it was like to be a patient there,
you'd get a lot out of it.
Plus there's this...
