I'm trying to incorporate a company -- don't care about structure,
whether llc or not, etc. I don't plan to use it to evade taxes, or do
anything else, for that matter -- I just need to have a company
registered in the country, completely aboveboard. What's the
easiest/cheapest way to do so if I'm a US resident?

Also, what would ongoing fees be on an annual basis?

finally, are there any further requirements, like do I need a local
mailing address?

Also note that I'm asking the same question for Estonia in a separate listing

Are you already aware of the guide for the incorporation of companies,
by the Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office of Barbados?
