Question ID: 710167
I am looking for a list of US TV Shows that allow user call-in via
telephone.

I've found major shows such as American Idol and NBC's "Deal
or No Deal" but these only accept user call-in for certain parts of the
show. I am looking for quiz shows that constantly display a
number / premium number to call and participate in a quiz to win a
prize / jackpot. I'm thinking that these might air on smaller networks
and in niche markets.

I need:
1. A list of user call-in shows that air in the US and possibly the
networks they run on.

2. A list of these shows that pay a prize to the call-in contestants,
briefly stating how much they charge per call and what the prize /
jackpots are.

It would be great to get this asap, by March 23rd, 2006.

THANKS!

It would be sufficient to get a list of 10+ shows for part (1) and 3+
shows for part (2)

These shows should still be running, i.e. nothing historic needed.

C-SPAN's Washington Journal is a call-in show that's live most
mornings. The phone numbers are generally a regular number with area
code (ie. not toll-free, but not "premium" either). As far as I know,
the only "prize" they ever offer is civic pride.
