I recently applied for DSL connection, and I'm getting it soon.
But spend a lot, Modem, connection fee, monthly contract etc., .

I want to take the money back with the DSL connection by the following
ways,

1. Effectively using the bandwidth.
( What can I do with this much bandwidth, I don't just like
browsing the web pages, neither the video to see film )
2. A kindda providing services to others like, where by using my
telephone line effectively for local call services, using the
Telephone line connected with DSL.

If there is anything else interesting which I can only do with DSL
effectively rather than a normal dial-up, Your suggestion were
welcome.

Thanks

Hi nkans...

Can you tell us what type of DSL you have?
ADSL, SDSL? What are your upload and download
speeds?

Some internet providers of DSL service have
what is called an AUP or Acceptable Use Policy.
Is there anything in your AUP that might limit
you from doing certain things?

Where are you located at? What type of computer
do you have? What is your computer background?

thanks
