Dear keineahnung-ga,

The sources are not clear on this.

In Conquest: Cortes, Montezuma, and the Fall of Old Mexico by Hugh
Thomas, he writes that the primary wife was Teotalco, but he had
several other wives and concubines. Estimates vary as to how many
children he had: from 19 to 150. The book states that it is reported
that with his primary wife he had three daughters.

You will see below, however, that he also had a son named
Tlacahuepantzin, later changed to Pedro.

On this web site, The Genealogy of Moctezuma II, it quotes the source
of Garritz, Amaya. "Guia del Archivo Moctezuma-Miravalle"
Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. The following children are
identified,
Tecuichpo (Isabel)
Don Pedro Moctezuma
Dona Marina or Dona Leonor
Francesca

In Montezuma: Warlord of the Aztecs by Peter G. Tsouras he also
reports that it was said the king had
150 children (Page 30). Page 94 also refers to ?numerous children?

?Moctezuma Xocoyotl himself reportedly had a great many wives and
numerous children.?
