I'd like a list of companies that sell software for real estate
agents. This can be software that agents use in their offices, or
software used to make websites, or both.

The price is for a list of 30 vendors, anywhere in Europe, and I'll
pay an extra $1 for each additional vendor up to $100.

I dont't think their website does them justice.
Basically you can very very easily, without being a programmer, create
data entry screens, get clients names, agents names, property address,
etc.
For example, Question - Is the property owned jointly? If answer is
Yes, then another part of the screen opens up and there is a space to
fill in multiple owners. It's nice software. Using the smae data you
can automate placing ads in newspapers, without having to re-enter
everything. In other words put in data in 1 time and use it in ultiple
different instances. HotDocs is used a lot by lawyers and by banks and
lendors. Putting contracts together, If XXX then automatically add
paragraph YYY. That type of thing.

Contact them and ask for a free demo, they will be very happy to demo
their product for free.

Just had another thought. Why don't you clarify a bit what type of
Real Estate Agency will be needing the software. For example there is
all kinds of Property Management Software, say if a real Estate
Company is into managing real estate as well as selling. Other
software is really Document Management Software, which I originally
assumed that is what your needs was.

Describe the business a bit and what you would like the software to do
for you and you will probably get a better response. The software may
not be "Real Estate Software, but Property Management Software or
Document Management Software etc. that are used by Real estate
Companies.
