Thanks for your question.

I haven't found a list in quite the form you are seeking.
However, there are some directories of brokers:
~ two very similar directories of traditional brokerage firms
~ three very similar directories of online brokers

Between them I think you would get contact details for about fifty
firms, nearly all coming from just two of the directories.
Would links to these be a suitable answer to your question?

I looking for directory of traditional equity brokerage firms (ones
that have their own equity research, which online brokers do not
necessarily have in all cases).
If you have a list of traditional brokers and that list includes the
required details: Broker name, address, phone number, www-address ,
then that is what I am looking for. (a list without this contact
information WILL NOT DO)

Dear equityman-ga
I know of your strict requirements from the Swedish question.
Therefore I place this as a comment and if it meets your requirements
perhaps you would allow me to place it as an answer.
The deutsche boerse produces a link list of banks and brokers. Each
link will take you to the web site of the target company. I could find
no definitive list providing contact details on the site.

Dear answerfinder-ga
The list that you provided link to includes also many other parties
than brokers. It seems to include banks ans asset management houses
(like Fidelity) who does not have any brokerage business in Germany.
If this list would have included only companies that really have stock
trading business in Germany, then I would have qualified this as an
answer since of course all the necessary contact details would be
found behind the links. However, as there are lot of other companies
also, I can not take this as an answer. It would be a very
time-consuming task for me to find out which of the links really are
brokers and which of them are not. (my primary aim is actually to find
all the German brokers that have top quality research but as this kind
of list seems to be impossible to find, I have downgraded my
expectations and requirements to just a list that would include all
the brokers).
