Please let me know of three inexpensive and simple thermometers that I
can attach to a PC to measure the general temperature of a server
room. We want the PC to send out an email alert if the temperature
reaches a certain level. We do not want a high end server monitoring
system. Please also include places to buy Thanks!

Not really what you asked, but many UPSs monitor temperature and the
control software for the UPS can be configured to alert when the
temperature exceeds a preset one. You probably have a UPS for your
server already so you might not need anything else.
