I'm looking for a web developer (company or individual) that
specializes in creating applications that follow a Web 2.0 discipline
(AJAX, Ruby-on-Rails, minimalism). I'd prefer one that is located in
the Greater DC area (not overseas!).

I'm looking for established/emerging developers that provide some
in-depth development and not some simple out-of-the-box solution.

I can write your website however I will never use the term web 2.0.
its nasty, has no offical definition and usually used as a buzzword to
make people think its something new.
