According to information on the web site of the Spanish Ministry of

and it defense arm was worth 650 million pesetas.

According to information on
http://www.afarmade.es/empresas.asp?pos=15, the web site of the
Spanish Association of Arms Manufacturers
Espelsa belongs to FCC, it was founded in 1977 and its Systems
Division was established in 1994 following the adoption of a policy of
diversification by GRUCYCSA (a daughter company of FCC). (web page is

According to Yahoo Finance, Vivendi Environnement has joint control
over, and a 49% interest in, FCC. http://biz.yahoo.com/p/v/ve.html
