Basically I?m looking for a CMS like Joomla that can manage a site
like Google video or better yet, YouTube.com

I need a CMS similar to Joomla but for multimedia/streaming content.
Also open to suggestions for code/software that can be installed on
Joomla, for enabling management of multimedia content.

Key features:
- Must accommodate various kinds of formats, but most importantly flash video
- Template driven GUI
- Typical social software functions, e.g. tagging.
- User interactivity suite: send video to a friend, watch videos
similar to this one, etc.
