My brothers and I have 16 parcels of land in a remote part of Pinal
County arizona. The town is called Eloy. This land has been in our
family for 40 years. We are currently recieving offers from a land
developer in arizona. I am wandering what the future growth rate of
the town might be. I would hate to sell this and find out 20 years
from now that Eloy was the next Phoenix. Can some one help me?

Pinal County is considered a real estate boom area in Arizona, and
Eloy, though small, has been growing right along with the rest of
Eloy.

No one knows the future, of course, but there are certainly strong
indications that real estate values will continue to grow in Pinal
County.

I think you'll likely find most of the information you need in this one document:

http://www.realestate-investment-property.com/files/arizona/Documents/Pinal_County_Overview.pdf

"Pinal County is the major hotbed of development in Arizona. Located
just south of Phoenix and Maricopa County, and north of Tucson and
Pima County, the towns and cities of Queen Creek, Casa Grande,
Maricopa, Arizona City, Florence, and others have seen massive growth
in the past few years. The region features a comfortable blend of old
west culture, relaxed desert living, and planned modern development.
Popular tourist attractions include a variety of historical museums,
Biosphere 2, Aravaipa Canyon, Pichacho Peak State Park, and the Boyce
Thompson Southwest Arboretum. According to the 2004 Census, Pinal
County is, by percentage, one of the top growth regions in the
country, and the fastest growing county in Arizona. There?s no sign of
slowing down, only speeding up...."

Read the full document, and let me know what additional information
you need (if any) to make for a complete answer to your question.

Of course, I meant:

Eloy, though small, has been growing right along with the rest of the county.
