Neither the Oxford English Dictionary nor Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary recognize these non-words. Where did you come accross them? |

Obviously, this is a portmanteau, mixing "creativity" and "intelligence." It's used primarily in discussion of the "modern gifted student." Time was that to get into a gifted or advanced program of classes, you had to show intelligence as pertains to academics. However, in many communities, this has been modified so that exceptionally creative kids can get into the gifted programs as well, even though the classwork done in those classes still caters to the academically gifted. "Createlligence," in this sense, refers to the mixture of those two types of students within the gifted class, or to an exceptionally gifted child who is not only academically good but is also very creative. |

This coined word reminds me of Disney's "Imagineering." |

My guess would be: Using Internet resources to lucidly and methodically investigate, and systematically put into daily practice--beliefs and activities that have been scientifally proven to increase one's mental capacities. Here's an example of what I mean: Methods to Increase Intelligence http://www.astromind.com/iq/method.html |

The problem in answering this question is that there is no "dictionary definition" of this word. It appears to be a recently-coined word with very limited usage, and such words seldom appear in dictionaries. |
