it seems like all the french fry joints that serve belgian fries serve
you the fries in a large cone shaped bag. nothing like the
conventional mcdonald, burgerking french fry box but it kinda
resembles a dunce hat. regardless, i'm trying to find them online so i
could order some.

If the fries be Belgian, they ain't bein' Frog, too.  May haps they be
pommes frites?

I discovered that these bags are called cornets (horns, as in
cornicopia, in German, "Spitztüten").

Obviously, they come in different sizes and types of paper.
