Hi,
I have a 1989 Chevy astro van (4.3L). Someone tried to break into the
van and damaged the rear door lock. It is not electrical. The door is
now stuck locked.
Is there any way to get it open and what parts would I need to repair it?

I "popped" the back door inside panel at the bottom of the passenger
side door to reach the lock mechanism rod.
