I need to find out whether a specific, privately-held company made a
large investment (between 10 and 50 million dollars) within the last
90 days. Where can I find this information? I am not interested in
news sources (which I've checked), but in financial data.

aschro-ga,

One of the benefits of keeping a company privately held is that they
generally are not required to report such dealings.

Unless they voluntarily made the information public -- or unless the
entity invest in is required to report -- there's no where to go for
such information that I know of.

Let us know the company name, though, so we can take a more in-depth look.
