Ozma, 

I can give you an excellent list of web sites that are very popular
with children in the entire age range, and *maybe* roughly break it
into older and younger, but it's very difficult to break up that small
of an age range into 3 categories. Children using the Internet are
more limited by exposure to a computer, not by their age.

Tell me if this will be acceptable, in the meantime I'm working on it.

Also, the Internet is not generally gender specific, but there ARE
certain sites very popular with girls or boys. I could separate those
for you, but some sites are not gender specific.
