Hi!!

Probably you have not enable those folder to share, if you use windows
XP Professional:
-Start the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Local Security Policy
snap-in (Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Local Security
Policy).
-Expand the Local Policies branch.
-Select Security Options.
-Double-click "Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts."
-Select "Classic - local users authenticate as themselves", and click OK.

Then proceed to share the Program files folders; please see the following articles:
"How to Share and Set Permissions for Folders and Files Using Windows XP":
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/maintain/filesharing.mspx

"Microsoft Windows XP - Sharing files and folders overview":
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/sharing_files_overvieww.mspx?mfr=true

Let me know if this helps you in order to post this at the answer box,
in the negative give us a detailed description of the problems you get
in order to continue researching for a solution.
