There is a lawsuit filed in the last three weeks contesting the
constitutionality of Florida State Statute 125.271 somewhere in the
south of Florida.  This State Statute is related to Small counties and
emergency medical services.  Where was the lawsuit filed and by who?

Here is an article published September 4th, about the Supreme Court
barring ambulance services in Lake County, FL:
