I am a highly educated (Lawrenceville, Williams College, Dickinson
School of Law) trial attorney.  I work with many different insurance
companies, defending entities (insureds) that are sued, and have done
this for close to thirty years.  I also analyze insurance policies and
defend the companies when there is a question of interpretation. 
Additionally, I have experience, although substantially less, with
teaching English at the secondary school level, and Business Law, at
the college level.  While I am flexible in my search, one ability I
believe I possess uniquely would be to teach advanced courses in
"English literature and Law"---sort of a hybrid---at the secondary or
university level.  I,of course, have a JD degree, but no teaching
certification.  My degree from Williams was with Honors in English
Literature.

My first thought was the International University in Bremen, a new
private institution that is in cooperation with Rice University in
Texas.
Actually, the course selection doesn't seem to be in your areas, But
as a private operation it does not have to follow state-run policies
on employment and selection of staff.

You with find many.  You will not be able to practice in Germany, of
course, but maybe your expertise could be of interest.

Another idea  - if law isn't out of the question -  would be to check
out Dickonson's alumni website for someone in Germany who could advise
you.
