Where can I find a publication of "L`Ere Novell (The new Era)that Frederic
Ozanam had a role in producing. And what role did he play in this publication
if this is the right paper.

Are you looking to buy an original of "L`Ere Novell" ?  It seems that
no transcripts are available on line although there are libraries that
have microfiched copies if that is sufficient.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is much chance of a researcher
finding you a copy to buy.
But we could find you some information on the paper, on Ozanam's
connection with it and on archived library copies (though I haven't
found an Australian one).
If you want us to proceed, please let us know. Sorry we don't have
ideas for finding a copy for sale.
