Offshore taxation question on taxation for "offshore computer programming":

1.) Question answered referring to IRS links or references to specific
USA IRS tax documents
2.) Pertinent information on filing for any corporate (type c) tax (if applicable).
3.) Please note that our company does NOT have a presence offshore,
only the outsourcer is located offshore.
