Question ID: 711527
I obtained an over-the counter medicine in Italy for an upset stomach.
It worked excellently! It is called 'Geffer' made by Roche S.p.A. Can
'Geffer' be purchased in the U.S.? If not do we have an IDENTICAL
medication here in the U.S.?

Hello tidygrip-ga,

I've found a website that provides the ingredient list for this
medication. From this description I can tell you what to look for in
similar over-the-counter products in the US. I have not been able to
identify "an IDENTICAL medication" in the US. Will this meet your
needs? Thanks.

If you put Geffer into your search engine you could print out a
translation of the companies details about this medication. If you
then take this to your pharmacist he should be able to provide
something very similar in its action
