"Foreign Direct Investment in China" http://www.tdctrade.com/econforum/boc/boc030101.htm The UNCTAD meanwhile also has another way of measuring FDI. In this measurement, it doesn't take into consideration just the inflow, but the inward FDI in relation to the size of the economy. In this measurement, China (outside of Hong Kong) is only at #45. Hong Kong is at #7.
