KINDLY required help in selecting the universities for doing my MS
Engineering  in Europe(Sweden, germany, Finland,
Denmark,UK),America,Canada.
Feild of interest : AI,Complex adaptive systems,Computer science -
sofware engineering...similar feilds

I have graduated as BE in Electronics & communication Engineering with
67%, and also have two + years of WORK experience in a Telecom company as
Engineer(BSS/TX).
My TOEFL SCORE : 260(have not done GRE & ready to take if required).
my criteria is list the univ to which i can apply till end of April
2006 OR LATER and take up the course if selected within this year.
 
data be better organised in an order of ranking of university.
